This is a helpful book, however, the main information contained in this book I found to be just foods. There is NOT enough other information. I was hoping that this book would give me insight so that I can better help my friend who will be getting surgery for his Hiatus Hernia.What I did like is that there is good information regarding the proper foods that will help with this Hiatus Hernia. And because he also has problems with indigestion, I have tried some of these foods and suggestions and they have helped him.

This is a helpful book, however, the main information contained in this book I found to be just foods. There is NOT enough other information. I was hoping that this book would give me insight so that I can better help my friend who will be getting surgery for his Hiatus Hernia.
